Refund & Exchage Policy

1. 7-Day Inspection Period We offer a 7-day window to inspect your shoes. To apply for an exchange or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on the tracking date). Requests made after this period are not eligible. Shoes must be completely unworn, clean, and in their original box.

2. Damaged During Shipping If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately. To process your request, we require clear photos or a short video of the defect and the shipping packaging.

3. Our Right to Exchange (Primary Resolution) In the event of shipping damage or factory defects, hypefake reserves the right to provide a replacement exchange as the first solution. We will ship a brand-new replacement of the same model and size at no additional cost to you, covering all associated shipping fees.

4. Refund Process Refunds are only processed if a suitable replacement size or model is unavailable. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. How to Start a Request To initiate an exchange or refund, email our support team at hypeefake@gmail.com with your Order Number, shoe size, a brief description of the issue, and high-quality photos.

6. Exceptions We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for shoes showing signs of outdoor wear, creasing, damage caused by improper handling after delivery, or change-of-mind requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
