1. Processing Time Orders take 1–3 business days to undergo thorough quality control checks and packaging before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeline We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated global delivery time is 5–10 business days after your package is dispatched. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes active.

3. Free Customs Insurance To ensure a stress-free delivery, we provide free customs insurance on every order. If your package is seized or intercepted by customs authorities during transit, we will send a one-time free reshipment of your order. We cover the full cost of the replacement shoes and shipping fees.

4. Claims & Verification To claim a customs replacement, please email your order number and tracking details to hypeefake@gmail.com. If tracking does not update for 15 business days while held in customs, we will automatically treat it as a seizure and prepare your replacement.
